We’ve been working with Raymond Weil since 2017, and have mainly been responsible for the development of their global eCommerce website, including UX, UI and Performance enhancements.
In 2019, we were assigned a new project to design and develop the Raymond Weil After Sales Portal, which is used by Customers and Retailers worldwide. The portal is connected to RW’s global ERP systems and delivers status reports throughout the repair journey, handling payments, email notifications and tracking.
